We are looking for a professional with mandatory hands-on experience in iGaming, strong analytical skills, and the ability to independently manage product performance and drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the development and performance of iGaming products and brands.
Monitor and analyze key product and financial metrics, including GGR, NGR, ARPU, ARPPU, LTV, Retention, Conversion Rate, FTD, and other relevant KPIs.
Identify growth opportunities, develop product hypotheses, and implement data-driven improvements.
Analyze player behavior, user journeys, conversion funnels, and monetization performance.
Evaluate bonus mechanics, promotional campaigns, and their impact on product profitability.
Collaborate with CRM, Retention, Marketing, Payments, Support, Analytics, and Development teams to deliver product initiatives.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, define requirements, and oversee implementation.
Measure the effectiveness of product changes and their impact on business performance.
Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities for product development across international markets.
Take ownership of assigned product areas and ensure continuous improvement of their performance.

Requirements
MUST HAVE: 3+ years of hands-on Product Manager / Product Owner experience specifically within the iGaming industry (Online Casino / Sportsbook).
Previous iGaming experience is mandatory. Candidates without direct iGaming product experience will not be considered.
Proven experience managing B2C iGaming products or brands and understanding their business models.
Strong knowledge of iGaming product economics, including GGR, NGR, LTV, ARPU, Retention, FTD, Conversion, and bonus mechanics.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify the root causes of changes in product performance.
Experience developing product hypotheses, prioritizing initiatives, and measuring their business impact.
Understanding of CRM, Retention, Payments, and Acquisition processes within iGaming.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong ownership mindset, independence, and focus on measurable business outcomes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced product environment.

Nice to Have
Experience managing multiple iGaming brands.
Experience working with Tier-1 markets.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and product experimentation.
Experience optimizing bonus economics, payment flows, or player retention.
Background in fast-growing international product companies.

About the Role and Team
Initially, the Product Manager will be responsible for several brands within the company's portfolio.
As the product department continues to grow, the team will gradually transition toward a structure where Product Managers take ownership of specific product areas, such as Payments, Retention, or other core product functions.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role with significant responsibility and autonomy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to the Product Team Lead.
