We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in Tier-1 markets to lead product development, drive business growth, and create outstanding player experiences.

This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strong product thinking, data-driven decision-making, and deep expertise in casino products.

About the Role
As a Product Owner, you will take ownership of casino product development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive product initiatives from discovery to delivery.

You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, improving player experience, optimizing product performance, and delivering features that create measurable business impact across Tier-1 markets.

Responsibilities
Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog
Define product vision, strategy, and priorities based on business goals and player needs
Analyze product performance and monitor key metrics (GGR, NGR, RTP, Retention, LTV, Conversion)
Conduct market, competitor, and player research across Tier-1 markets
Create product requirements, specifications, user stories, and feature documentation
Collaborate closely with CRM, Analytics, Design, and Development teams
Drive A/B testing initiatives and data-driven product improvements
Optimize retention mechanics, bonus systems, and player journeys
Identify growth opportunities and scale successful product initiatives
Ensure timely delivery of product features and improvements

Requirements
4+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience within iGaming
Strong experience working with Tier-1 markets
Deep understanding of casino product metrics (GGR, NGR, RTP, Retention, LTV, Conversion)
Hands-on experience with analytics and experimentation tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Power BI, Amplitude, or similar)
Strong knowledge of player behavior, segmentation, and customer journey mapping
Experience designing and optimizing retention strategies
Experience with bonus mechanics, gamification, and engagement systems
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and product development processes
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing product backlogs
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent Ukrainian and Russian communication skills
English proficiency (B2+) will be considered a strong advantage
