We're looking for a Project Manager to own delivery on our in-house platform and back office, from requirements to release, including our launch roadmap for LATAM markets.
You'll sit between the business teams, the developers, and external partners. Your core mission is to keep priorities clear, ensure integrations stay on track, and make releases predictable and seamless.

What you'll be doing
Project Delivery & Roadmap
Manage the full delivery cycle of the product and its features, from initial requirements through to release.
Plan, track, and execute the launch roadmap for LATAM markets.
Break down business goals into epics and tasks, estimate timelines with the team, and keep priorities and dependencies under control.
Run the team's Agile processes (Scrum / Kanban): sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
Manage releases: coordinate QA, handle cross-team communication, and ensure post-release follow-up.

Integrations & Third Parties
Coordinate technical integrations with external partners: payment providers, game providers and aggregators, KYC/AML services, analytics, and anti-fraud tools.
Communicate regularly with partners regarding timelines, technical documentation, test environments, and escalations.

Stakeholders & Communication
Act as the primary link between business teams (CRM, Bonus, Game, Marketing, Payments, Support, and others) and the development team.
Collect and structure requests, translate them into clear requirements, and agree on priorities with the Product Owner.
Report regularly to management on project status, risks, deadlines, and blockers.

Risks, Quality & Documentation
Identify risks early, propose clear mitigation plans, and follow them through to resolution.
Check with the Compliance team to ensure all new features meet licensing and Responsible Gaming requirements.
Keep project documentation meticulously up to date: roadmaps, release notes, specs, and process descriptions (via Confluence or Notion).

What we're looking for
2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT (Middle/Middle+ level), with at least 1 year in iGaming or betting.
Platform experience: Hands-on experience working with White Label (WL) or turnkey platform solutions.
Integration expertise: Proven experience managing third-party integrations (payment or game provider integrations are a big plus).
Agile mastery: Strong practical knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and the ability to adapt processes to fit the team.
Tool proficiency: Confident daily user of Jira and Confluence, or similar project management tools.
Technical comfort: Enough technical background to confidently discuss APIs, environments, and the release process with developers, and to easily read technical documentation.
Stakeholder management: Strong communication skills and the ability to handle and balance conflicting priorities from different teams.
Language skills: English B2+ or higher.

Nice to have
Experience launching a product in a new market (GEO), ideally in LATAM.
Deep knowledge of the iGaming domain: bonus engines, wallets, PAM (Player Account Management), game aggregation, and sportsbook.
Experience with licensing requirements (Curaçao and other jurisdictions).
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Customer.io) specifically on the integration side.
