About the role
We are looking for a Promo Manager to join our iGaming team and take ownership of promotional campaigns aimed at increasing player engagement, retention, and reactivation.
The ideal candidate has experience in online casino or sportsbook products, understands player behavior, bonus mechanics, and knows how to develop promotional campaigns that contribute to business performance.
Responsibilities
– Develop and implement promotional campaigns for Casino and/or Sportsbook products.
– Create and manage promotional mechanics: Free Spins, Cashback, Reload Bonuses, Free Bets, Tournaments, and other bonus offers.
– Develop promotional strategies for different player segments, including New, Active, Inactive, and VIP players.
– Collaborate closely with CRM, Retention, VIP, and Marketing teams.
– Plan and maintain promotional calendars.
– Analyze campaign performance and optimize promotional activities.
– Monitor bonus costs, player engagement, retention rates, and campaign ROI.
– Develop reactivation campaigns for inactive players.
– Adapt promotional offers to different GEOs and player behaviors.
– Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective promotional mechanics.
Requirements
– Previous experience as a Promo Manager, Promotion Manager, CRM Manager, or Retention Manager in iGaming.
– Understanding of Casino and/or Sportsbook products.
– Strong knowledge of bonus mechanics and promotional campaigns.
– Understanding of player segmentation and retention strategies.
– Experience working with CRM platforms and promotional tools.
– Ability to analyze campaign performance and understand key metrics (GGR, NGR, Bonus Cost, ROI, Retention).
– Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
– Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Will be a plus
– Experience working with multiple GEOs.
– Experience with VIP and high-value player segments.
– Knowledge of bonus abuse prevention.
– Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
