The Role
We're looking for an experienced Publisher BD / Supply Partnerships Manager to join our programmatic DSP team and take ownership of expanding our supply ecosystem.
Your primary focus will be onboarding new SSPs, ad exchanges, and direct publishers to secure high-quality native and performance traffic.
Your goal is simple: build a strong, scalable supply network that delivers quality traffic and sustainable margins.

What You'll Do
Build and Expand the Supply Network
Identify and onboard new SSPs, ad exchanges, and direct publishers
Leverage existing industry connections to develop new supply partnerships
Source and evaluate native and performance traffic opportunities
Develop Partner Relationships
Build long-term relationships with SSPs, publishers, and key decision-makers
Negotiate commercial terms, including eCPM, RevShare, and floor prices
Identify opportunities to grow existing partnerships and improve monetization
Manage Technical Onboarding
Coordinate supply partner integrations with internal technical teams
Work with OpenRTB, Prebid/Header Bidding, QPS throttling, and related programmatic technologies
Resolve integration issues and ensure partners are ready to scale
Optimize Traffic and Profitability
Monitor traffic quality, conversion performance, and partner profitability
Identify optimization opportunities and address underperforming traffic sources
Balance traffic volume, monetization, and margin protection
Use performance data to guide scaling and partnership decisions

What You Bring
23+ years of experience in Publisher BD, Supply Partnerships, or Ad Operations within AdTech/programmatic advertising
An existing network of SSPs, ad exchanges, and publisher contacts
Strong understanding of OpenRTB, Prebid/Header Bidding, SPO, and QPS throttling
Commercial expertise in eCPM, RevShare, and floor prices
A performance-driven mindset focused on traffic quality, conversions, and profitability
Strong negotiation skills, ownership, and the ability to build long-term partnerships
Experience with native advertising is a major plus
