We're looking for a QA who is comfortable not only testing but also talking to the client directly. The project is with a US-based client, and QA is the team's technical face on calls.
What you'll do
Test Salesforce functionality: manual, regression, UAT support
Run client demos and answer questions along the way
Explain bugs, limitations, and edge cases in plain language for a non-technical client
Proactively raise risks: what it was and what it is now, which modules may be affected, where regression risks are
Join daily stand-ups and client calls
What we're looking for
Spoken English B2+: you answer the client live, without a script
2+ years in QA, Salesforce experience
Experience running demos or regular client calls
Ability to see changes beyond a single ticket
Availability for quick questions during the client's working day
Nice to have: fixing a minor configuration issue on the spot during a demo, Salesforce Administrator certification.
What we offer
Part-time: up to 20 hours per month
