We are launching a new online casino product focused on the UK market and are looking for a hands-on Retention / CRM Manager to strengthen the core team.
You will own player lifecycle, segmentation, retention/reactivation campaigns, automated journeys, bonus mechanics, A/B testing and key metrics such as Retention, Churn, LTV, Repeat Deposits, ARPU and NGR.

Requirements:
2.5+ years in CRM / Retention within iGaming
Strong hands-on online casino experience
Mandatory experience with UK and other Tier-1 GEOs
Segmentation, lifecycle, reactivation and CRM automation
Email / SMS / Push / In-App campaigns
Bonus mechanics, cashback, free spins, loyalty
Experience with Customer.io, Smartico, Optimove, Fast Track, Braze or similar
Strong understanding of Retention, Churn, LTV, FTD, Repeat Deposits, NGR
A/B testing and analytical mindset
English sufficient for international work

Nice to have
Experience building CRM / Retention processes from scratch
Advanced segmentation and personalisation
Loyalty / VIP / gamification experience
Experience mentoring or coordinating CRM specialists
