We are looking for a Retention Manager who can take full ownership of the retention process across 13 brands and independently manage the entire CRM cycle from customer segmentation, campaign planning, and content creation to campaign setup, launch, performance analysis, and continuous optimization.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Set up and manage CRM campaigns in Customer.io and Smartico.

Set up, launch, and monitor bonuses and promotional mechanics.

Publish and maintain promotional materials on websites.

Execute CRM and promotional campaigns across Email, Web Push, and In-App channels.

Prepare campaign content and coordinate email layouts and promotional materials.

Support the development and optimization of automated CRM flows and customer lifecycle journeys.

Work with customer segmentation and personalization rules.

Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on key metrics such as Open Rate, CTR, Conversion, and Retention.

Prepare regular CRM reports and performance summaries.

Collaborate with Product, Design, Analytics, and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time.

Maintain the CRM campaign calendar and support promotional planning.

Participate in A/B testing and optimization initiatives.

Own the retention process for assigned brands from planning and execution to performance analysis and optimization.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

2+ years of experience in Retention, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or a similar role.

Hands-on experience with Customer.io and Smartico.

Understanding of how to create and launch email campaigns and bonus mechanics in these platforms.

Strong understanding of user segmentation, personalization, and customer lifecycle management.

Good understanding of CRM content and promotional campaign creation.

Ability to analyze campaign performance and turn data into actionable improvements.

English Intermediate+.

Strong attention to detail you should be comfortable not only setting up campaigns, but also carefully checking that everything works as intended.

High level of ownership, responsibility, and ability to work independently.

Experience working with multiple brands, products, or markets is a strong plus.
