We are growing and looking for an experienced and proactive CRM Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in managing user communications, optimizing retention strategies, and driving product growth as we scale.

Requirements:
– Experience as a Retention Marketing Specialist 2 years or more;
– Hands-on experience in planning and executing marketing activities, promotions, bonuses, and tournaments focused on retention and win-back;
– Deep understanding of mechanics behind promotions, bonuses, tournaments, and quests;
– Ability to calculate the unit economics of campaigns, bonuses, and tournaments, as well as evaluate their ROI/effectiveness;
– Experience with player segmentation, setting up personalized communications, and trigger-based workflows;
– Strong knowledge of key Retention and domain-specific metrics, alongside proficiency in cohort analysis;
– Ability to analyze data, test hypotheses, and optimize marketing initiatives based on analytics;
– Hands-on experience with analytical tools: Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI;
– Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a multitasking environment;
– Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Responsibilities:
– Developing and launching player retention and win-back marketing initiatives (promotions, bonus programs, tournaments, and personalized campaigns);
– Designing and executing multi-channel communication strategies (Email, Push, SMS, Pop-ups, Notification Center, Messengers);
– Analyzing campaign performance, building reporting dashboards, and formulating data-driven hypotheses for optimization;
– Segmenting target audiences and crafting tailored promotional offers;
– Coordinating with regional teams to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns;
– Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Analytics, and Growth;
– Monitoring core retention KPIs and consistently achieving target performance metrics;
– Overseeing campaign setup integrity and verifying the technical execution of all campaign mechanics.
