We are looking for a Risk & Anti-Fraud Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Review and process transactions in accordance with established procedures and internal requirements.
Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) checks and verify user information.
Monitor user data on a daily basis to ensure compliance with applicable requirements, internal rules, and platform Terms of Use.
Identify, analyze, and investigate suspicious activity and potential fraudulent transactions.
Document the results of checks, investigations, and identified violations in internal systems.
Promptly escalate complex, unusual, or suspicious cases to the relevant teams.
Meet established KPIs and comply with SLA requirements.

Requirements:
Previous experience in Risk, Anti-Fraud, Transaction Monitoring, Customer Support, KYC, or a related field.
Basic understanding of fraud detection principles and risk assessment.
Ability to handle large volumes of information and repetitive tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and a responsible approach to data verification.
Ability to make decisions based on available information and predefined criteria.
Basic analytical skills.
Confident basic-level proficiency in Google Sheets.
