Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound follow-up

Run product demonstrations and present tailored proposals to prospects

Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing

Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM

Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth start with the product

Build long-term relationships and become a trusted partner for key accounts

Monitor client health metrics and proactively address risks of churn

Requirements

2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer success ideally in IT

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to understand client business needs

Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar)

Upper-Intermediate English or higher for internal communication and documentation

Ukrainian as the primary language for client communication

Self-motivated with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
