About Us
Cikumas GmbH, based in Kilchberg (Canton of Zurich, Switzerland), builds ClassOwl an all-in-one school-management platform that replaces the patchwork of disconnected tools most schools run on today. Instead of re-entering the same student data into five or six separate systems (admissions, gradebook, invoicing, timetabling, government reporting), ClassOwl combines a Student Information System (SIS), Learning Management System (LMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) into one white-label platform, tailored to each school's own processes and branded as their own.

Who we're looking for
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to reach out to schools by phone and open the door to a conversation. Your job is not to sell it's to generate enough interest in what ClassOwl can do for a school (save staff time, eliminate duplicate data entry, replace multiple disconnected tools) that they agree to a meeting. This role is currently outsourced to an external agency; we're bringing it in-house.

Responsibilities
make outbound calls to schools using Aircall
follow up persistently on leads in our school database (currently an Excel-based CRM)
book confirmed appointments directly into the sales calendar, organized by canton for efficient travel planning
develop and refine an effective call script

What we expect
comfort with outbound cold calling and persistent follow-up
fluent German/Italian/French ( at least one of above)
ability to work independently and consistently hit call and booking targets
calls per day (typical range: 50130)
Appointments with schools booked as a final result
