We are looking for an SDR to identify potential clients, conduct outbound outreach, qualify prospects, and generate new business opportunities for our software development services.

Responsibilities

Research target companies and decision-makers aligned with our ICP and services.
Conduct personalized outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Manage follow-ups, qualify leads, and identify needs, projects, budgets, timelines, and decision-makers.
Recommend relevant software development, IT outsourcing, or outstaffing services.
Schedule qualified meetings and hand over opportunities to the sales team.
Keep CRM data and prospect information accurate and up to date.
Use AI tools, including Claude, for research, personalization, outreach, and daily sales tasks.
Analyze outreach results and optimize messaging and follow-up strategies.
Work with our existing AI-powered CRM database and add relevant new prospects.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or similar B2B sales role.
Experience selling IT outsourcing, outstaffing, software development, or related B2B technology services.
Proven cold outreach experience via email and LinkedIn.
Strong understanding of B2B prospecting, qualification, and sales processes.
Strong research and personalization skills.
Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.
Hands-on experience with Claude and other AI sales tools.
Strong communication, organization, responsiveness, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive approach and high availability.
English Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.

Nice to Have

Experience selling software development, IT outsourcing, or outstaffing services
Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, or lemlist
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or LinkedIn outreach automation tools
Familiarity with lead enrichment and GTM automation tools such as Clay, n8n, Make, or Zapier
Understanding of AI-powered software solutions and their business applications
