Netrocket is a digital agency with 12+ years of experience in SEO and PPC for US home service businesses (HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, remodeling). We're scaling sales in the US and looking for a Sales Executive who owns the process from the first call to a signed deal.

Working hours: US Eastern time, 9am6pm ET (coverage until 68pm ET is a plus)
What you'll do
Run the full sales cycle: discovery call proposal follow-up closed-won new MRR
Present our services, handle objections and close deals
Build your own pipeline alongside the SDR (LinkedIn, Upwork, outbound, inbound)
Keep the CRM clean: deal stages, notes, next steps
Share insights on why deals are won or lost and report your forecast to the CEO
What we're looking for
3+ years in B2B sales, agency/IT background is a big plus
2+ years selling digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Google Ads, LSA, websites, lead generation)
You're actively selling right now and can speak to your numbers: quota, close rate, average deal size, sales cycle, MRR/ARR
Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM
English C1+ with natural American-style business communication
Home services experience and hands-on Upwork experience are a plus
