Hey, we are looking for a Sales Manager / Business development for our B2B project.

We are happy to welcome someone who is at the start or halfway of their sales career.

It will be great if you:
– 1+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling digital marketing, SEO, agency or SaaS services
– are confident in running video calls and negotiations with business owners and marketing managers
– have a strong analytical mind (nowdays using your brain is much more important than using AI, as AI should be used with brain only hehe)
– don't afraid of AI, btw
– enjoy communicating with people and building relationships, also at the same time you keep clear communication.
– are organized and reliable: if you say you'll do something, you actually do it
– are self-driven and target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
– have good written and spoken English (fluent German is a huge bonus)
– are curious and not afraid to learn something new every day

It will be a big plus (but definitely not required) if you are familiar with:

LinkedIn
CRM systems
Gigradar

During first 2 weeks in our team you will have very structured onboarding. We have step-by-step training materials, documented processes, real examples, and continuous support from the team, so you'll always understand what you're doing and why.

What you'll do
Run the full sales cycle: finding prospects, outreach, discovery calls, proposals, negotiation and closing
Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold email, referrals and partnerships, etc
Qualify inbound leads and turn them into paying clients
Understand each prospect's business goals and present SEO services as a solution
Prepare proposals and commercial offers together with the SEO team
Keep the CRM up to date and track your pipeline, conversion rates and revenue
Share market feedback to help us improve our offers and pricing
