We are looking for a Sales Manager (B2B digital marketing) to join our team!

Requirements:
– At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in iGaming, digital marketing, media buying, or affiliate marketing;
– Strong understanding of performance marketing, including paid traffic, CPA/RevShare models, funnels, KPIs, LTV, and ROI;
– Ability to conduct consultative sales calls, present services, and clearly communicate value propositions;
– Confident spoken and written English;
– Strong discipline in CRM usage, pipeline management, and sales forecasting;
– Experience working with different types of clients, from small businesses to large iGaming operators.

Will be plus:
– Existing network of contacts within the iGaming industry
– Experience selling performance-based models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
– Participation in iGaming conferences (SiGMA, iGB, SBC, etc.)

Responsibilities:
– Prospect and acquire new iGaming clients (brands and operators)
– Conduct initial discovery calls and qualify leads
– Present the agency, its services, and case studies
– Develop tailored marketing strategies based on client goals, channels, business models, and budgets
– Close deals, launch partnerships, and drive upsell opportunities
– Coordinate with media buying, affiliate, and operations teams
– Manage CRM, track deal stages, and maintain accurate sales forecasts
– Participate in industry conferences and work with inbound and offline leads
