We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager (mid-level) with strong sales experience to engage with international clients and close deals.

Requirements:
English level C1 (Advanced) fluent spoken and written skills are mandatory.
23 years of experience in international sales.
Proven track record in online sales via phone / remote calls / online meetings.
Strong skills in using CRM systems, calling software, and modern communication tools.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Sales: Independently build and manage the entire sales funnel from lead generation, prospecting, and campaign setup to closing deals and client handoff.
Lead Generation & Outreach: Gather leads data, and execute personalized outreach campaigns across relevant channels.
Discovery & Demo Meetings: Conduct active online discovery calls and solution presentations via Zoom or Google Meet with international clients.
Closing & Deal Management: Qualify incoming/outreach leads, handle objections, negotiate terms, and guide prospects smoothly from initial engagement to signed agreements.
Pipeline Tracking: Maintain deal pipeline accuracy, log client interactions, and manage data within the CRM system.

Will be a Plus:
Prior experience in IT, Software Outsourcing, Data, AI, or Tech services is a strong plus, but not strictly required.
