About the Role
We are looking for an accomplished B2B sales professional ready to make a tangible impact by expanding our presence across global markets. This role is focused on scaling sales operations, driving sustainable revenue growth, and securing high-value enterprise clients within the FinTech ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and execution of international sales strategy.
Acquire new B2B clients by nurturing warm leads and converting them into long-term partnerships.
Identify and engage large enterprise prospects from outreach through deal closure.
Research target industries to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.
Confidently present products and demonstrate clear value propositions.
Arrange and lead meetings with prospects to understand business needs and position solutions effectively.
Collaborate with Account Management, Support, Compliance, and Operations teams to optimize client experience.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular performance updates to leadership.

What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in international B2B sales within FinTech.
Experience working with high-risk industries such as iGaming, Crypto, or Forex.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong network and ability to engage enterprise-level clients.
Motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to quickly understand complex financial products.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
