We are looking for a Sales Operation Manager to join our team!

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, funnels, and performance metrics
Proven experience in standardizing processes and implementing sales frameworks across teams
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
Strong analytical skills; ability to monitor performance and identify gaps and inefficiencies
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, marketing, product)
Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to enforce processes and drive alignment
English Intermediate (B1+) or higher

Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce a unified sales operations framework (pipeline management, forecasting, activity tracking, conversion rates, deal velocity, win rate, average deal size, LTV, RR) across all business units
Standardize and maintain sales processes and CRM usage; drive automation (workflows, templates, integrations) to ensure data accuracy and process compliance
Monitor sales performance and funnel metrics; identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks, and ensure corrective actions are taken
Develop and maintain Sales Playbooks to ensure consistent execution across teams (scripts, discovery, value proposition, objection handling, cross-sell)
Build and support onboarding programs for new sales hires to ensure alignment with standardized processes
Create and maintain centralized sales materials and ensure their consistent usage across business units
Collect best practices across business units and scale them; support cross-functional initiatives (marketing alignment, lead generation processes, incentive plan adjustments)
