About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to own the operational engine behind our sales and revenue motion CRM, pipeline, reporting, proposals, contracts, and warm-signal automation.
This is an ownership role, not a support role. You'll diagnose problems, build solutions, and keep leadership informed at the decision level. If you thrive working independently and want real ownership over a revenue ops function this is it.

What You'll Own
CRM & Data Integrity Keep HubSpot clean, accurate, and automation-ready (95%+ field compliance)
Pipeline Management Maintain deal-stage accuracy, spot stalled deals, build automation that reduces manual updates
Proposals & Contracts Draft, review, and send proposals via PandaDoc within 1 business day of request
Deal Setup & Billing Set up billing portals, maintain the HubSpot product library, coordinate with Finance
Reporting & Forecasting Weekly/monthly pipeline and performance reports; forecast within ±15% of actuals
Pre-Call Automation Ensure accounts are classified and enriched before discovery/demo calls
Warm-Signal Routing Capture inbound signals, route to the right owner, report on conversion
Process & Tools Document SOPs, improve workflows, support tool adoption across the sales team

HubSpot · PandaDoc · ClickUp · Google Workspace · AI notetakers · (LinkedIn/email outbound tools a plus)

What We're Looking For
4+ years in sales or revenue operations owning a function, not just maintaining it
Strong hands-on HubSpot experience (pipelines, automation, reporting)
Proven track record building processes from scratch and documenting them
Analytical mindset you bring data-driven recommendations without being asked
Excellent English (written and verbal)
Self-directed: you manage your own deadlines and escalate judgment calls, not routine tasks

Nice to have: experience with LinkedIn or email outbound tools (HeyReach or similar)

$2,500$3,500/month gross (~$30,000$42,000/year)
