We're a fast-growing digital company with a traffic acquisition system that's built, running and bringing in a strong flow of traffic every day. What's missing is someone to own the commercial side: find the right B2B partners, close profitable deals and build a sales direction from the ground up.
The goal: grow to $500k in monthly revenue, around 2.500FTDs per month
The trafiic is already here. We need the person who turns it into revenue
No cold product, no waiting for marketing to deliver. You'll be selling quality traffic that already exists, to partners who need it.

What you'll own
New partners. Find B2B partners who want to buy traffic and take them through the full cycle: prospecting, first contact, negotiation, close.
Your pipeline. Build it yourself, keep it qualified and keep it growing.
The deal terms. Negotiate pricing, commissions and partnership conditions that work for both sides.
The pitch. Show partners the value of our traffic, and hold your ground when they question quality, price or terms.
Tailored offers. Use traffic performance, conversion and partner economics to build the right offer for each partner.
Revenue growth. Track how existing deals perform and find where they can earn more.
Key relationships. Grow long-term partnerships with high-value partners.
Team collaboration. Work closely with marketing and analytics to understand the traffic and improve monetisation.
Industry presence. Represent us at industry and affiliate events and come back with new business.

You'll fit right in if you've
proven experience in sales, business development, partnerships or affiliate sales;
worked with traffic, digital advertising, affiliate or performance marketing;
a commercial mindset: you naturally think in conversion, revenue, ROI and unit economics;
strong negotiation and closing skills;
worked against sales targets, revenue plans and measurable KPIs;
built a pipeline on your own instead of relying on inbound leads;
strong communication and relationship-building skills;
English at B2 level or higher;
energy and ownership: you look for opportunities yourself and push deals through.
Bonus points: experience with the US market or US iGaming traffic, and an existing network of operator contacts.
