About the Opportunity
We're looking for confident, motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team in the online sweepstakes gaming industry.
If you're great at connecting with people, enjoy phone sales, and know how to turn conversations into results, we'd love to hear from you!
You'll work with an existing database of registered customers no need to search for leads or build your own contact list.
Your focus? Build relationships, present exciting offers, overcome objections, and drive sales.
Previous gaming industry experience isn't necessary. We'll provide product training to help you get started.
What You'll Be Doing
Make outbound calls to existing registered customers.
Present promotions, bonuses, and special offers.
Build rapport and identify customer needs.
Handle objections and confidently close sales.
Encourage repeat purchases and customer engagement.
Manage inbound callbacks from customers.
Work toward individual sales targets and performance goals.
What We're Looking For
1+ year of experience in B2C Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, Outbound Sales, or similar roles.
Fluent spoken English and confidence communicating with American customers.
Russian language proficiency (B2+ or higher) required for internal team communication.
Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
A proactive, energetic, and results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Current residence in an eligible U.S. state.
Bonus points: Experience in customer retention, online gaming, casino, or sweepstakes.

Schedule & Employment

Three 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch.
Full-time remote position.
Online office environment with camera and screen sharing during working hours.
B2B contract.
Company-covered applicable income taxes, according to the cooperation agreement.

Candidates must currently reside in the United States.
