Responsibilities:
Working with the automated lead generation system
Leading sales conversations with clients (chat-first)
Qualifying leads and identifying real buying intent
Negotiating pricing, scope, and timelines
Deal closing

Requirements:
Proven experience with either Gigradar or Getmany or Convertix or similar AI automation tools
Strong hands-on experience with Upwork sales (not theory)
Clear understanding of the sales funnel: proposal reply negotiation deal
Confident written English (B2+ / C1 preferred)
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to push deals forward and drive clients to a decision
