We're looking for a proactive SDR / Lead Generation Specialist who can help us find potential clients, start meaningful conversations, and generate qualified opportunities through LinkedIn and other outbound channels.

What You'll Do
Find and research potential clients on LinkedIn based on ICP
Create personalized outreach, manage follow-ups, and start conversations with prospects
Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities
Book meetings with qualified prospects
Track results in CRM

You Might Be a Fit If You:
Have 1.5+ year of experience in SDR, Lead Generation, Sales, or Business Development
Have hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and prospecting
Have good English communication skills (B1+)
Understand the basics of B2B sales and lead qualification
Are proactive, organized, and result-oriented
Can independently research companies and identify decision-makers
Are proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented

Bonus
Cold email outreach experience
Experience using AI to improve sales and outreach processes
