What you'll be working on:
Develop high-quality 2D animations for Characters, Environment elements in Spine
Create 2D animations in Unity (progress bars, UI animations, transitions, and other interactive elements)
Improve and maintain the animation development pipeline
Collaborate closely with artists and developers to ensure an efficient and consistent production workflow

About you:
3+ years of hands-on experience with Spine
2+ years of professional experience as a 2D Animator in Unity
Experience in mobile game development projects
Ability to analyze, refine, and improve workflows to enhance team productivity
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
Proactive, reliable, and committed to continuous learning and ethical standards
English Intermediate or higher

Step-by-step process for this position:
HR interview (up to 45 min): To discuss the position, check basic competencies, and culture fit.
Test Task: Task regarding the position's requirements.
Interview with the Lead Artist and Technical Artist (up to 1 hour): Detailed сase approach to identify experience and core competencies, discussion of the completed task.
Referral: Recommendations from the previous workplace.
Debrief interview with CEO and CTO (30 min): Sum up the information about the candidate, discuss their strengths and weaknesses, and assess their fit for the position.
Offer call (30 min): Discussion of a Job Offer Proposal.
