Senior 3D Designer (iGames)
We are hiring a Senior 3D Designer for our client a gaming product company developing visually engaging interactive experiences for global audiences.
We're looking for a creative and technically skilled 3D Designer who can create high-quality game-ready assets, environments, props, and visual content for real-time production pipelines. The ideal candidate combines strong artistic fundamentals with a solid understanding of optimization, production workflows, and collaboration inside fast-moving game teams.
You will work closely with art directors, animators, game designers, UI/UX teams, and engineers to help shape the visual quality of multiple products.
Responsibilities
Create high-quality 3D assets including environments, props, gameplay objects, and visual elements
Produce optimized game-ready models for real-time engines
Collaborate with art and design teams to maintain strong visual consistency
Participate in visual exploration, style development, and creative ideation
Prepare assets for integration into production pipelines
Optimize geometry, textures, and materials for performance across platforms
Work closely with technical artists and developers during implementation
Contribute to improving workflows and production efficiency
Iterate quickly based on feedback and evolving project needs
Requirements
5+ years of experience in 3D design for games or interactive products
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D work
Experience creating stylized or game-ready assets
Strong understanding of:Modeling
Texturing
Composition
Lighting
Materials
Visual storytelling

Experience with real-time production workflows
Understanding of optimization for game engines
Ability to work efficiently in collaborative production environments
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
English Intermediate+ or higher
Nice to Have
Experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, or Cocos pipelines
Experience in gaming, casino, casual, or mobile products
Knowledge of animation, VFX, or motion workflows
Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools
Experience working with distributed international teams
Tools
Blender / Maya / 3ds Max / Cinema 4D
Substance Painter / Designer
Photoshop
Additional real-time or rendering tools are a plus
