What makes you a great fit:
2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming, with hands-on experience in CIS geos – AZ, UZ, KZ.
Proven experience in traffic acquisition and a track record of hitting performance KPIs.
Successful RevShare cases – you know how to grow partnerships and can back it up with real numbers.
Experience working with tipsters, cappers, influencers, and other affiliate traffic sources.
A hunter mindset: you know how to find new partners, start conversations, negotiate deals, and bring new traffic sources on board.
An established affiliate network – and the ability to keep expanding it.
A solid understanding of CPA, RevShare, and hybrid models, traffic analytics, and player performance metrics.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) and native or fluent Russian/Ukrainian.

What you'll do:
Hunt for new partners: identify, approach, and onboard affiliates across European markets. We value people who can open doors, not just manage the ones already open.
Drive traffic and hit KPIs: own your acquisition results, grow traffic volumes, and focus on the metrics that actually move the business.
Build winning partnerships: work with tipsters, cappers, influencers, and other affiliate traffic sources to unlock new opportunities.
Scale RevShare deals: develop partnerships beyond the first deal, grow player value, and turn promising traffic sources into sustainable revenue streams.
Own the numbers: analyze FTDs, conversion rates, player quality, retention, ROI, and other key metrics to understand what works and where to scale.
Negotiate smart deals: work with RevShare, and hybrid models, balancing partner motivation with business profitability.
Stay ahead of the market: track competitors, spot emerging traffic opportunities, test new approaches, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Build relationships that last: maintain strong partner connections through regular communication, meetings, and industry events.
Make things happen: coordinate tracking, technical setups, segments, and promotional materials to help partners perform at their best.
