PROLIFE is a Swiss medical device brand with an established presence on Amazon EU and plans to expand into new European markets. The company is also developing its Shopify/D2C channel.
We are looking for a Senior Amazon Brand Manager who will take ownership of brand growth across Amazon EU, focusing on organic visibility, category strategy, conversion optimization, and overall business performance.
This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring strong analytical skills, independent decision-making, and close collaboration with PPC, design, and operations teams.

What You'll Do
Own and execute the Amazon EU brand growth strategy.
Analyze categories, competitors, customer behavior, and market opportunities.
Develop SEO, keyword, and organic ranking strategies.
Optimize listings, A+ Content, Brand Store, and conversion rates.
Monitor rankings, indexing, reviews, sales, and profitability metrics.
Analyze PPC performance and coordinate priorities with advertising specialists.
Prepare briefs for designers and coordinate content improvements.
Support Shopify/D2C development, CRO, and customer journey optimization.
Identify growth opportunities and lead their implementation.

What We're Looking For
5+ years of Amazon experience, including 2+ years with Amazon EU (Germany or UK preferred).
Proven experience in Amazon SEO, keyword research, listing optimization, A+ Content, and Brand Store management.
Strong category, competitor, and customer analysis skills.
Hands-on experience with Helium 10, Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, Business Reports, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to evaluate PPC performance and collaborate effectively with PPC teams.
Practical Shopify/D2C experience and understanding of CRO, GA4, and basic D2C economics.
23 successful Amazon growth cases with measurable results.
Fluent English (C1), strong analytical thinking, ownership, and communication skills.
Nice to have: Experience with premium products, medical devices, supplements, beauty, or other regulated categories; German language; Amazon EU marketplace launches.
