Responsibilities:
Develop and execute brand promotion strategies to increase brand awareness and strengthen digital presence;
Manage media placements in collaboration with media agencies, ad networks, and direct publishers;
Coordinate advertising materials with contractors, monitor placements, and control budgets;
Track brand-related search queries, campaign reach, impressions, and overall performance;
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new advertising opportunities, placements, and alternative traffic sources;
Explore and manage sponsorships, special projects, influencer marketing, and direct media placements;
Develop creative concepts and prepare briefs for designers, including banners, landing pages, and video creatives;
Coordinate the production and delivery of promotional materials;
Analyze top-of-funnel performance and evaluate brand awareness using relevant metrics;
Prepare regular weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights;
Manage advertising budgets, allocate spending across channels, process invoices, and support financial forecasting;
Negotiate placement terms, pricing, and contracts with agencies, publishers, and influencers.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar digital marketing role;
Strong understanding of digital marketing, display advertising, brand awareness, and top-of-funnel strategies;
Hands-on experience negotiating with media agencies, ad networks, and direct publishers;
Understanding of brand lift studies, Share of Voice (SOV), search volume, impressions, CPM, and blended CAC;
Experience creating clear creative briefs, including wireframes, storyboards, and copy hooks for banners, landing pages, and video ads;
Experience researching, evaluating, negotiating, and managing sponsorships, influencer partnerships, and direct placements across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok;
Proficiency with research and monitoring tools such as Similarweb, Brand24, and Semrush;
Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau;
Proven experience managing substantial advertising budgets, allocating spend across multiple channels, processing invoices, and forecasting expenses;
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
