We're hiring: Senior CRM Manager
We are a fast-growing iGaming company with 1,300+ professionals and 10+ successful projects operating across international markets.
We are looking for an experienced Senior CRM Manager to strengthen our CRM function and drive player engagement, retention, and lifecycle performance across Tier-1 markets and Turkey.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute CRM and retention strategies across Tier-1 GEOs and the Turkish market.
Manage player lifecycle communications, segmentation, personalization, and retention campaigns.
Build and optimize automated CRM journeys across different player lifecycle stages.
Develop targeted campaigns for different player segments, including high-value and VIP audiences.
Monitor and improve key CRM metrics, including Retention Rate, LTV, ARPU, Churn Rate, Reactivation Rate, Conversion Rate, and campaign ROI.
Analyze player behavior, cohorts, engagement patterns, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
Run A/B tests and continuously optimize CRM mechanics, offers, bonuses, content, and communication channels.
Adapt CRM activities to local market specifics, player behavior, and competitive environment.
Work closely with Product, BI, Analytics, VIP, Acquisition, and Marketing teams.
Contribute to the development of CRM best practices, processes, and retention initiatives.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Lifecycle Marketing within the iGaming industry.
Strong hands-on experience with Tier-1 markets.
Experience with the Turkish market will be a strong advantage.
Strong expertise in player segmentation, lifecycle management, retention mechanics, bonus strategies, loyalty programs, personalization, and CRM automation.
Solid understanding of key CRM and retention metrics.
Experience working with player data, cohorts, funnels, and campaign performance analysis.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Experience with CRM platforms; Smartico experience will be a plus
Ability to independently manage CRM initiatives from idea to execution and optimization.
Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Fluent Ukrainian or Russian communication skills.
