Own campaigns from the initial hypothesis to the final performance review.
We are looking for two Senior CRM Retention Managers to work on player engagement across LATAM markets. This role is for specialists who enjoy hands-on campaign management and want to understand the impact of every segment, message and offer.
You will work across player lifecycle stages, combining CRM execution with analysis and continuous testing.
What you will do:
Plan and launch campaigns for activation, repeat deposits, retention and reactivation.
Build player segments using behavioural and transactional data.
Create and maintain automated journeys and trigger-based communication.
Coordinate campaign copy, visuals, localisation and promotional mechanics.
Configure campaigns in the CRM platform and complete pre-launch checks.
Verify audience selection, exclusions, links, timing and offer conditions.
Monitor campaign performance and investigate unexpected results.
Run A/B tests and document practical conclusions.
Analyse engagement, conversion, repeat activity and bonus efficiency.
Work with analytics, product and customer-facing teams to improve campaign relevance.
Respect communication preferences and responsible gaming exclusions.
What we are looking for:
Hands-on CRM or retention experience in online casino or sportsbook.
Experience independently managing campaigns from setup through analysis.
Practical understanding of player segmentation and lifecycle communication.
Confidence working with CRM automation tools and performance reports.
Ability to explain why a campaign succeeded or failed and what you changed next.
Accuracy in campaign configuration and quality assurance.
Experience with LATAM audiences will be particularly relevant.
