We're building a wellness ecosystem to help people establish healthier habits. Our roadmap for the next year includes 10 new mobile apps, supplement brands, a fitness band, and a ring.

Our team has already built a profitable mobile app business in the utility sector, and now we're applying our experience to the health and wellness niche. Supported by an established international business group with over 25 years of experience in the digital sector, we're combining the stability of a mature business with the speed and ownership of an early-stage team.

We're developing our products from the ground up and growing our team in the areas of product development, marketing, data analysis, creative design and engineering.

About the Role

Mission
Build and scale a high-performing creative function that drives user acquisition through impactful advertising creatives.
Key Challenges
Build creative processes from scratch, grow the team, and continuously improve creative performance across multiple products.
Team
Report to the Director of Strategy and collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and the Creative team.

What You'll Do
Define and continuously evolve the creative marketing strategy across several apps in the portfolio,
Hire, onboard, and develop Graphic and Motion Designers,
Plan and distribute creative work across the team,
Balance the production of new creative concepts with scaling and iterating on proven winning creatives,
Drive the search for new creative ideas, formats, and approaches,
Analyze creative performance and test results, identify patterns, and use data to support creative decisions,
Help build scalable creative processes as the product portfolio and team continue to grow.

What we're looking for
3+ years of experience working with consumer apps or other digital-first products,
Strong understanding of creative marketing for consumer-facing digital products,
Experience working across video, static creatives, UGC, and AI-generated creatives,
Ability to connect creative decisions with performance metrics and experimentation results,
Experience collaborating with or managing creative specialists,
English at C1 level or above.

Nice to Have
2+ years of experience in Health & Wellness apps or products,
Experience working across several consumer products or apps simultaneously,
Previous experience building or scaling a creative team or function.
