We are looking for an experienced Senior / Lead Data Analytics Manager to build and lead the analytics function for our Cards & Wallets business.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with large-scale transactional data, building analytical infrastructure from the ground up, and turning complex datasets into actionable business insights.
You will work closely with Commercial, Finance, Product, and Operations teams, helping them make data-driven decisions through reliable analytics, dashboards, and reporting.

What You'll Do
Build the Analytics Foundation
Design and build an end-to-end analytics infrastructure for the Cards & Wallets business.
Design and maintain analytical data models, data marts, and reporting datasets.
Build and improve the company's analytical Data Lake.
Ensure data consistency, quality, and reliability across multiple systems.
Create a unified customer view across different data sources.
Business & Product Analytics
Analyze large transactional datasets to identify trends, customer behavior, and business opportunities.
Build customer segmentation, cohort analysis, retention analysis, and LTV models.
Analyze transaction behavior across products, BINs, merchants, geographies, and customer segments.
Identify business patterns and proactively suggest improvements based on data.
BI & Dashboards
Design and develop business dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or similar BI platforms.
Build dashboards that become daily decision-making tools for Commercial, Finance, Product, and Operations teams.
Automate recurring reporting and reduce manual reporting efforts.
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of analytical reports.
Commercial Analytics
Support pricing analysis and unit economics through data-driven insights.
Analyze transaction profitability and business performance.
Build analytical models to evaluate pricing changes and business scenarios.
Help commercial teams understand customer behavior and revenue opportunities.
Executive Reporting
Prepare analytical reports for senior management.
Transform complex data into clear recommendations and actionable insights.
Work closely with business stakeholders to answer analytical questions and support strategic decisions.
Build the Analytics Function
Own the analytics function for the Cards & Wallets direction.
Prioritize analytical requests from different business teams.
Help define the future BI architecture and analytics processes.
As the function grows, participate in building and mentoring the analytics team.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, Product Analytics, or Commercial Analytics.
Strong SQL skills, including: Window Functions, CTEs, Query optimization, Large transactional datasets.
Experience building analytical data models and data marts from scratch.
Experience working with Data Warehouses and/or Data Lakes.
Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or similar BI platforms.
Experience designing dashboards that are actively used by business teams.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities in large datasets.
Experience automating reporting and improving analytical processes.
Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
B2+ (C1 preferred).
Nice to Have
Experience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, Card Issuing, Acquiring, PSP, Digital Wallets, or Neobanking.
Experience working with transaction-level data.
Understanding of payment flows and transaction lifecycle.
Experience with pricing analytics, unit economics, or profitability analysis.
Experience building alerting systems and automated business monitoring.
Previous leadership or mentoring experience.
