We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer FB

Requirements
Building and owning Meta strategy across multiple GEOs or products
Deep understanding of iGaming funnels, player lifecycle, LTV and monetization logic
Ability to build full retargeting funnels based on player behavior and funnel stage
Advanced audience segmentation by visits, clicks, registrations, deposits, activity and value
Ability to build audience priorities, exclusions and retargeting logic across segments
Advanced Facebook Ads account structure optimization for scale and efficiency
Strong experience with CBO, ABO, campaign duplication and budget scaling mechanics
Ability to forecast performance and plan budget allocation by GEO, segment and audience quality
Strategic optimization based on CPA, CPS, CPL, ROI, LTV, NGR, GGR and player quality
Advanced work with Pixel, CAPI, event matching, postbacks and attribution logic
Ability to diagnose tracking issues and explain data discrepancies between Meta, Keitaro and advertiser reports
Advanced experience with Keitaro, TDS platforms, macros, offers, postbacks and reporting
Strong experience with anti-detect browsers, account infrastructure and operational limitations
Ability to analyze active campaigns by CPM, CPC, CPA, CTR, CR, CVR, FTD, deposits and volume
Ability to decide what to scale, pause, cut or test based on data
Experience with competitor research, Spy services and creative market analysis
Ability to research current market angles, funnels and creative approaches
Ability to create A/B testing plans and provide clear test reports
Ability to build creative hypotheses and prepare detailed technical tasks for designers
Understanding of creative fatigue, funnel quality and player quality impact
Experience with webview apps and PWA apps, including tracking and launch logic
Ability to adapt funnels to improve traffic quality and conversion efficiency
Ability to analyze traffic by GEO and prepare growth plans
Advanced cohort analysis by traffic source, GEO, segment and player behavior
Ability to connect media buying decisions with product and business outcomes
Experience working with Jira and improving operational processes

Responsibilities
Launch and scale Facebook advertising campaigns
Manage and optimize advertising budgets
Analyze campaign performance and improve KPIs
Test creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies
Work with tracking systems and ensure data accuracy
Collaborate with designers, developers, and affiliate managers
Research new GEOs, audiences, and scaling opportunities
Share best practices and improve team processes
