Mine Marketing is a fast-growing performance marketing company and a Google Direct and Meta Partner. We run our own RSOC feed and a fully built in-house automation system that handles scaling and optimization, so our buyers can focus on strategy and results. Alongside RSOC, we run additional media buying activities and are expanding into E-commerce and Lead Generation.

We're looking for experienced Senior Media Buyers to launch and scale profitable campaigns across multiple traffic sources and verticals. You'll work with our in-house tools and partner-level platform access, with room to explore new channels, test ideas and grow the business.

Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage and scale paid campaigns on Google and Meta, with RSOC as a core focus
Develop and test new campaign strategies, audiences, creatives and angles
Use our in-house automation system to scale and optimize efficiently
Monitor performance daily and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI
Expand into E-commerce and Lead Gen campaigns as those activities grow
Analyze trends, report results and share insights with the team
Work with internal teams (tech, creative, analytics) to improve processes and tools

Requirements
Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer, ideally with AFD/RSOC traffic
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads at large scale (minimum 5k$ of daily spend)
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large budgets and performance metrics
Understanding of key KPIs such as ROI, ROAS, CPA, EPC and RPC
Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
Strong communication skills in English

Nice to Have
Experience in E-commerce or Lead Generation
Background with other traffic sources beyond Google and Meta
Experience with automation tools, tracking platforms and analytics system
