ZentixSoft is looking for a Senior Presales / Discovery Business Analyst!

Format: Project-Based / Part-Time (On Demand), 100% Remote. Flexible workload tied to active presales opportunities and client discovery requests.

Responsibilities:
Independent Discovery Leadership: Lead discovery calls with potential clients (CEOs, CTOs, Founders, Operations Leads), asking concise questions to uncover true business problems, workflows, pain points, and MVP priorities.
Structuring Ambiguity: Turn high-level or incomplete requests ("We need an automated AI platform") into structured frameworks: Users Business Processes Problems Workflows Functionality Integrations Constraints Priorities MVP Open Questions Next Steps.
Requirements & Material Analysis: Review RFPs, product briefs, Figma designs, APIs, and existing documentation to identify missing scope, risks, and dependencies.
Proposal & Estimation Support: Partner with Solution Architects, Engineering Leads, and PMs to define feature breakdowns, assumptions, acceptance criteria, and project phases for accurate estimation and Statements of Work (SoW).
Flexible Technical & AI Understanding: Translate business requirements into logical technical concepts (APIs, databases, roles, modern architecture) and evaluate common AI use cases (LLMs, RAG, automated workflows) at a practical business level.

Our Perfect Match (Requirements):
Commercial Experience: 4+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Manager, or Presales Consultant in custom software development / IT services / outsourcing.
Presales & Discovery Mastery: Proven track record of independently leading presales discovery, requirements elicitation, and client-facing workshops from early-stage ideas.
Analytical & Commercial Balance: Ability to challenge client assumptions professionally, balance scope vs. budget/timeline, and avoid over-engineering early-stage requirements.
Technical & Domain Adaptability: Conceptual understanding of modern web/mobile architectures, SaaS platforms, databases, and integrations, with the ability to quickly grasp unfamiliar business domains.
Communication & Language: Strong Spoken and Written English (B2+ / C1) to independently lead discovery calls, clarify requirements, and discuss solutions with international stakeholders.

Nice to Have:
Experience or familiarity with AI-enabled product use cases (LLMs, RAG, document extraction, AI assistants).
Exposure to Enterprise stakeholders or complex multi-domain environments (FinTech, SaaS, HealthTech, E-Commerce, Logistics, etc.).

Engagement Details:
Format: Project-based / Part-time (On-Demand before, during, and after presales calls).
Location: 100% Remote.
