What You'll Own
Customer Journey & Conversion Optimization
Own and optimize the entire player journey: registration, login, onboarding, deposits, gameplay, and retention.
Analyze user flows, identify friction points and drop-offs, and improve conversion at every critical stage.
Continuously optimize registration and login experiences, authentication flows, and deposit funnels.
Identify UX improvements based on player behavior, analytics, and business performance.
Product Ownership & Analytics
Take full ownership of product improvements, from identifying problems to delivering measurable results.
Define and monitor key product metrics, including conversion rates, funnel performance, engagement, and retention.
Conduct A/B tests, validate hypotheses, and make data-driven product decisions.
Translate business needs and analytical insights into clear product requirements and actionable solutions.
Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Own product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and prioritization to release and performance analysis.
Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Analytics, CRM, and Payments teams to improve the player experience.
Prioritize improvements based on business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility.
What We're Looking For
Must-have: Proven iGaming experience, with a deep understanding of player journeys and industry-specific product flows.
4+ years of Product Management experience, with strong hands-on product ownership.
Solid experience in user journey mapping, conversion funnel analysis, and user flow optimization.
Proven ability to optimize registration, login, onboarding, and payment experiences.
Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with product analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
Ability to identify product bottlenecks, prioritize improvements, and deliver measurable business results.
Experience working closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams.
Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to make independent, data-driven decisions.
English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage a backlog but owns the entire player experience and knows how to turn insights into results.
