Senior Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager / Business Development Manager with strong German and English skills to join our team.

You will work with leads generated by our marketing and lead generation activities and take ownership of the sales process from qualification and discovery through negotiations and contract signing.

At the same time, we expect a Senior Sales Manager to proactively identify additional business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and contribute to growing the sales pipeline.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B sales within the IT services, software development, or outsourcing industry;
Proven experience in full-cycle B2B sales, from lead qualification and discovery to negotiation and contract signing;
Experience working with leads provided by marketing, outbound, or lead generation teams;
Ability to independently identify and develop new business opportunities;
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
Ability to qualify prospects, understand their business needs, and position relevant software development solutions;
Experience conducting discovery calls and communicating with C-level executives and other key decision-makers;
Experience preparing commercial proposals, estimates, presentations, and other sales materials;
Good understanding of software development services, dedicated teams, outsourcing, and custom software development;
Understanding of international markets, particularly UK, DACH, the EU, and the USA;
Experience in FinTech, InsurTech, Healthcare, iGaming, or other complex B2B industries is a plus;
English and German at C1 level or higher;
Strong CRM discipline and ability to maintain an accurate and structured sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
Work with qualified leads provided by our marketing and lead generation teams;
Qualify opportunities and conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, business challenges, budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes;
Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing;
Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions with potential clients;
Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders;
Prepare commercial proposals, estimates, presentations, and other sales materials;
Coordinate solution preparation and presale activities together with technical, delivery, and management teams;
Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate the contracting process;
Maintain accurate client, opportunity, and deal information in CRM;
Track pipeline progress, sales activities, forecasts, and performance;
Proactively identify and develop additional sales opportunities through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, events, partnerships, and direct outreach;
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline;
Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams and provide feedback on lead quality and target audiences;
Contribute to the development of the sales strategy and continuously improve the sales process.
