Who We're Looking For
We're not looking for someone who simply "manages SEO." We need someone who can identify growth opportunities, develop effective strategies, and turn organic traffic into measurable business results.
You'll have a direct impact on our SEO operations, from strategy, architecture, and project scaling to implementing new technologies and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute SEO strategies across multiple projects and GEOs, focusing on organic traffic, conversions, and revenue.
Design and scale Programmatic SEO systems, including site architecture, automated page generation, indexing, and quality control.
Improve project visibility across AI-powered search and LLM-generated answers, including ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews (AEO/GEO).
Implement AI agents and automation into SEO workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
Develop unconventional, scalable link acquisition strategies that create sustainable competitive advantages.
Identify growth opportunities, analyze competitors, test hypotheses, and scale successful initiatives.
Build analytics frameworks and measure SEO's impact on business metrics, including non-brand traffic, conversions, FTDs, and revenue.

What We're Looking For
5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results.
Experience in highly competitive niches, including mandatory iGaming experience.
Deep expertise in Technical SEO and Programmatic SEO, from architecture design to scaling and quality control.
A proven track record of developing and executing SEO strategies that delivered measurable growth in organic traffic, conversions, and revenue.
Strong link-building expertise, including both traditional methods and creative approaches to acquiring high-quality backlinks.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify patterns, prioritize opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
Independence, initiative, and the ability to turn ideas into measurable results.

Strong Advantages:
Hands-on experience implementing AI agents in SEO workflows, including research, analytics, content operations, technical audits, and other processes.
Experience with AEO/GEO, including experiments aimed at increasing visibility in AI-generated answers and methods for measuring their impact.
Experience scaling SEO projects across multiple GEOs and languages.
Experience building proprietary tools, automation systems, or unconventional solutions that delivered measurable results.

Mandatory Requirement Portfolio with Proven Results
We want to see more than a list of websites you've worked on. We're interested in your direct contribution, the decisions you made, and the results you achieved.
Your case studies should ideally include:
Starting point: The project's initial condition, competitive landscape, and key challenges.
Your approach: The hypotheses you tested, solutions you implemented, and reasoning behind your decisions.
Measurable results: Changes in organic traffic, rankings, conversions, FTDs, or revenue.
Key insights: Which actions had the greatest impact and what you successfully scaled.

NDA-protected case studies are welcome. You can anonymize domains, brands, and confidential information while still demonstrating performance trends, your methodology, and concrete results.
However, real case studies are mandatory. We need to understand exactly what you did and what impact it had.
