About the Company
Nexpanse is a US company (Delaware) and an AI-native, remote-first international team. We build B2C subscription products for the US and EU markets our own products, from idea to profit, not outsourced development. AI is built into every process, which lets a small team move faster than many larger ones.

Our products:
– HaleChapter (https://halechapter.com/) US telehealth platform: GLP-1 weight loss and men's health. Medical intake, licensed doctors, partner pharmacy, home delivery.
– PersProtect (https://persprotect.com/) personal data removal and privacy: finds a person on hundreds of data broker sites, removes the data and keeps monitoring.

Both are live, web-to-web subscriptions with payment on the web.

Key Responsibilities
– Launch and scale campaigns in Meta and Google for web-to-web funnels across both products.
– Own your budgets and their profitability: ROAS, CPA, payback, LTV by cohort.
– Test and scale "creative + funnel" combinations together with the creative team: hypotheses, tests, feedback.
– Set up tracking and reconcile ad platform data with payment data.
– Build your own automations and AI tools: scaling rules, scripts, dashboards, agents.

Requirements
– 3+ years in paid UA, with at least 1 year of personal accountability for profitability (ROAS, payback) not just spend.
– Personal monthly budget of $20K+ (ideally $50K+).
– Web-to-web funnels: payment and product on the web (quiz paywall subscription). Web2app experience is also considered.
– Hands-on Meta Ads in the last 36 months: structure, algorithm, optimization.
– LTV, cohorts and payback drive your decisions.
– Your own AI tools or automations not just ChatGPT for copy.
– B2C subscriptions (health, utilities or adjacent) within the last 2 years.

Nice to Have
– Hands-on Google Ads.
– Your own testing system: budgets, kill rules, scaling.
– Web tracking: CAPI, server-side, reconciliation with payment data.
– TikTok, Snap or Pinterest.
– Experience in both health and utilities.
– You've led media buyers and stayed hands-on.
