About us
ALLAI.Events (allai.events) is an aggregator of AI events: conferences, meetups and workshops. We have a large database of event pages, organizers, speakers and venues. Now we want this database to drive consistent traffic from Google and AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini).

Who we're looking for
An experienced SEO consultant to help us set up our SEO processes from the ground up. You'll audit the site, build the strategy, write tasks for developers, oversee implementation and shape our content SEO strategy. Format: consulting or part-time, with potential for long-term cooperation.

What you'll do
Technical SEO
Audit URL structure, indexing, canonicals, redirects, 404 / soft 404, noindex, sitemaps, server errors
Optimize crawl budget so Google spends its resources on valuable pages, not technical junk
Speed up indexing of new event pages. This is critical for us, because an event page loses value over time
Architecture & Programmatic SEO
Build a geo structure: USA State City Topic Industry Event type Event
Develop a strategy for evergreen landing pages like AI Events in New York" or AI Conferences in Boston"
Design a programmatic SEO model based on our database: which clusters to launch, where a new page adds value and where it would cause cannibalization
Keyword research & Content
Build a full US keyword map: cities, states, topics, industries, formats, long-tail
Map keywords to page types
Create a content SEO strategy: blog, guides, hub pages, content plan
On-page, Internal Linking, Entity SEO
Optimize key pages: structure, metadata, headings, search intent match
Build an internal linking system across events, cities, categories and topics
Implement structured data (Event, Organization, Place, Person, etc.) and entity relationships
AIO / GEO
Develop a strategy for visibility in AI answers: mentions, citations, AI referral traffic
Set up a methodology to measure AI visibility
Analytics
Configure GA4 and GSC for decision-making: Organic, AI referrals, landing pages, channel grouping, bot traffic filtering
Set up KPIs and reporting by city and cluster
Working with the team
Write clear technical specs for developers, prioritize tasks and QA implementation after release

Must-haves
4+ years in SEO, with a significant focus on technical SEO for large websites (thousands of pages)
Experience with aggregators, marketplaces, directories, event platforms, job or travel portals, i.e. sites with dynamic databases and time-limited pages
Hands-on programmatic SEO experience with real cases of launching and scaling page clusters
Practical experience with structured data and entity SEO
Understanding of AIO/GEO and your own approach to AI search visibility
Ability to write technical tasks for developers and oversee their implementation
Case studies with numbers: traffic, indexing and visibility growth

Nice to have
Experience in B2B / tech / AI
Experience building SEO processes from scratch in product companies

What we offer
A project with a large database and real programmatic SEO potential
Format: consulting / part-time
