We are launching our own online store focused on the European market, while also running several client projects at our agency. Our product catalog will grow fast, from a few hundred to tens of thousands of SKUs, so we're looking for a specialist who can independently build and run the entire SEO function.

Responsibilities
Technical SEO
Design the catalog structure from an SEO perspective: URLs, categories, internal linking, breadcrumbs
Control indexation at scale: manage crawl budget and prevent low-value pages generated by filters and sorting parameters
Identify and resolve duplicate content, especially where thousands of products differ by a single attribute
Build a system for automated generation of titles, meta descriptions, and category copy from templates driven by product feed data (no manual copywriting)
Implement structured data (Product, Offer, BreadcrumbList, FAQPage) and validate it against the product feed
Monitor Core Web Vitals and write clear requirements for developers

Keyword Research & Analytics
Run multilingual SEO: hreflang implementation and URL structure localization for each market
Build the semantic core (long-tail and SKU-level queries) and prioritize categories
Monitor Google Search Console regularly and report on trends and problem areas

Collaboration
Write technical specifications for developers and review the delivered work
Coordinate with the paid advertising team on product feeds
Provide targeted support to agency client projects (audits, consultations)

Requirements
Proven experience in SEO for large e-commerce sites (10k+ pages)
Strong command of technical SEO: crawling, indexation, faceted navigation, canonicals, robots directives, XML sitemaps
Hands-on experience with international SEO and hreflang
Experience with structured data and product feeds (Google Merchant Center)
Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, and crawling tools (Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or similar)
Ability to write clear technical briefs and work with development teams
Strong analytical mindset; basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or spreadsheets for working with large datasets is a plus
Good written English

Nice to have
Experience with template-based or programmatic SEO
Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom builds)
Agency or consulting experience
