About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Motion Designer with strong experience in performance marketing, ideally with a background in Fintech, Trading, Crypto, or similar products.

You'll work on a mix of performance creatives and more polished branded videos sometimes following strict brand guidelines and detailed briefs, sometimes moving fast and testing new ideas for paid campaigns.

AI is already a big part of our production workflow, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable combining traditional motion design with modern AI tools and more advanced prompting.

Your day-to-day:
Create motion ads for Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and other paid channels
Produce both performance creatives and branded videos
Work with motion graphics, editing, stock footage, AI-generated visuals, VO, music, and sound design
Turn briefs and scripts into strong visual executions
Create iterations and variations based on performance results
Research competitors, visual trends, and new creative approaches
Test new AI tools and workflows that can make production faster or better
Work closely with Creative Producers, UA managers, and other designers

What we're looking for:
3+ years of professional Motion Design experience
Strong portfolio with solid animation and editing skills
Experience creating creatives for performance marketing is a must
Experience in Fintech, Trading, Crypto, Banking, or similar niches is a strong advantage
Strong knowledge of After Effects, including its core 3D tools
Experience with Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Media Encoder
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Higgsfield (Seedance 2.5), Google Flow (Veo 3), Nano Banana, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar
Good prompting skills, including experience with more complex image and video generation
Strong understanding of composition, animation, typography, pacing, and visual storytelling
Ability to work both from strict brand guidelines and with limited visual references
Basic understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPA/CPI, Hook Rate, and Hold Rate
English B1+

Nice to have:
Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, or any other 3D software
Experience combining AI, 3D, and traditional motion design
Experience with automation or AI-assisted creative workflows
