Position & client
Our client is a North American fintech company offering a cloud-based accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) automation platform for small and mid-sized businesses, accounting firms and finance teams. The platform helps customers automate bill payments, invoicing and collections, send international payments, and sync data two-way with popular accounting software.
The company's marketing website, built on HubSpot, is a key lead-generation channel. It includes product and feature pages, integration pages, industry solution pages, a blog, guides, case studies, pricing, and demo-booking and free-trial signup flows.
The aim of the project is to support and develop the HubSpot-based marketing website and prepare it for multilingual content. Translations will be managed through Crowdin.
(24-Month Contract / Part-Time)

Stack of the project:
TypeScript
ReactJS (functional components, hooks, JSX) with experience building reusable components
HubSpot CMS Hub: themes, custom modules, templates, drag-and-drop sections, global partials
HubL (HubSpot templating language), HTML5, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
HubSpot developer tooling: HubSpot CLI, local development, Design Manager, Git-based workflow
HubSpot multi-language content: language variants, language switcher, hreflang
HubSpot forms, CTAs, and basic knowledge of workflows and tracking (HubSpot Marketing Hub)
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain custom HubSpot themes, modules, and page templates
Set up the multilingual structure of the website (language variants, URL structure, language switcher, hreflang, localized forms and CTAs)
Configure and maintain the CrowdinHubSpot integration, and make sure translated content syncs correctly
Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants in daily work (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to speed up development, debugging, refactoring and code review
Make sure modules are flexible and reusable so marketers can build pages without developer help
Optimize site performance, SEO, accessibility, and cross-browser/mobile responsiveness
Implement and QA forms, tracking scripts, and integrations
Troubleshoot bugs, review pages before release, and maintain technical documentation
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS development
Strong portfolio of HubSpot sites (please share examples), ideally including multilingual ones
Experience with a localization workflow (Crowdin or a similar TMS) is a strong plus
Solid understanding of web fundamentals: semantic HTML, responsive design, and clean, maintainable code
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in English
Attention to detail and a pragmatic, deadline-driven approach
Experience working with marketing teams, ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment
Nice to have:
Crowdin: integration with HubSpot (via the CrowdinHubSpot app or API), translation workflow management
Experience with HubSpot CMS React (React-based modules and themes, islands architecture)
Node.js and npm tooling (bundlers, build scripts, linting/formatting)
Experience with component libraries or design systems
Working with REST APIs, and HubSpot APIs in particular
HubSpot CMS for Developers certification (current or previously held)
HubSpot Content Hub (CMS) for Marketers certification
Other relevant HubSpot Academy certifications (e.g., Marketing Software)
