We are looking for a proactive, experienced, and creative Targeting Specialist to join our team!
Our product is focused on the Counter-Strike 2 audience millions of players worldwide. We work with multiple advertising platforms and plan to expand the number of advertising channels we use.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in targeted advertising;
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and at least 12 additional advertising platforms;
1+ year of team management experience;
Experience planning and managing monthly advertising budgets of $5K+;
Experience running campaigns across international GEOs, including the US, Canada, Europe, and Latin America;
Experience managing multiple GEOs simultaneously;
Strong understanding of A/B testing and split testing;
Solid understanding of key metrics: CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS, LTV, FTD;
Experience with Unity Ads and/or AppLovin for mobile app promotion;
Experience dealing with ad account bans and restrictions;
English Intermediate+;
Independence and the ability to make decisions based on data rather than intuition.

Responsibilities
Set up, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, X Ads, Telegram Ads, and other platforms experience with all of them is not required;
Set up and optimize advertising campaigns for mobile apps through Unity Ads, AppLovin, and other platforms;
Analyze data, optimize advertising campaigns, and work with the conversion funnel;
Develop, test, and scale profitable campaign setups;
Conduct A/B and split tests to continuously improve campaign results;
Write advertising copy in English and adapt messaging for different GEOs and target audiences;
Generate creative ideas and prepare clear briefs for designers and motion designers;
Monitor new advertising formats, placements, and opportunities across advertising platforms;
Prepare regular reports on ad spend, results, and key metric dynamics.
