Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Media Buying / User Acquisition.
Experience managing a Media Buying / UA team, or a senior-level specialist ready to transition into team management.
Experience working with e-commerce / D2C brands.
Strong proficiency in Meta Ads and a solid understanding of performance marketing principles.
Proven experience independently launching, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns.
Deep understanding of e-commerce unit economics: CAC, LTV, AOV, contribution margin, MER, and payback period.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Willingness to test hypotheses independently and quickly identify growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Management: Build and lead the UA / Media Buying function, manage the team (goals, development, and performance), and oversee media planning and forecasting.
Media Buying & Scaling: Launch and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and other paid channels.
Test audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and hypotheses.
Analytics & Metrics: Analyze CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CVR, and LTV across cohorts, funnels, and offers.
Meet growth and profitability targets.
