Real Estate Bees is a B2B pay-per-lead marketplace for US real estate investors. Our marketing brings in hundreds of new investor sign-ups every month, and we're looking for a Team Lead SDR to turn them into booked and attended meetings with our sales team.
This is a player-coach role: at first you'll split your time between calling investors yourself and building the SDR process. Then you'll grow the department from scratch.

Responsibilities:
Contact new sign-ups quickly and book them into onboarding calls with our sales team.
Reduce no-shows: set up reminders, confirmation touchpoints and rescheduling for missed meetings.
Review and improve every step investors go through: sign-up forms, booking flow, call and SMS tools.
Track lead quality and conversion by traffic source in Zoho CRM. Show where results are better or worse.
Share data and feedback with marketing on lead quality and campaigns.
Test new approaches, scripts and tools, and scale what works.
Hire and onboard new team members.
Requirements:
Experience as an SDR/BDR in B2B, with proven impact on inbound or warm lead conversion (booking rate, show rate or similar, with numbers).
Experience leading, coaching or onboarding SDRs.
Experience building or improving outreach sequences (calls, SMS, email) and working with no-shows.
Confident with CRM and funnel metrics (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
Fluent spoken English (C1+) for daily calls with US investors.
Nice to have
Outbound prospecting experience.
Background in US real estate, investments, PropTech or lead generation.
Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Bookings, GoHighLevel, dialers or SMS platforms.
Experience with outreach automation or AI agents.
Experience building an SDR team from zero.
