Our partner companies are growing fast: you’ll be a key part of a team that’s aiming to recruit 40-50 qualified candidates each month.

For this role, we’re looking for candidates who combine technical fluency with hard-earned experience. You should be able to talk confidently about engineering topics, in a way that conveys to in-demand employees that their talents will be respected. You’ll also help improve our recruitment pipeline and candidate filtering tools to staff rapidly scaling organizations.

You will:

1. Work with a talented international team of recruiters, focused on delivering great people to great organizations
2. Own the full recruiting cycle for senior engineering roles
3. Build and maintain a sourcing pipeline for qualified technical candidates
4. Measure your progress with regular metrics, and iterate on your processes if you fail to meet them
5. Establish pipeline filtering systems, including efficient resume screening, high-quality job postings, and recruit database management
6. Improve interview workflows to maximize the quality of recruits and the value of each interview

Requirements:

1. 3+ years experience in recruiting or talent sourcing
2. Experience hiring specialized technical experts
3. Experience working at an early-stage startup or an engineer-first company
4. Experience hiring international employees
5. Strong written and spoken English
6. Knowledge of AMS platforms
7. Experience using CMS to post job ads
8. Analytical, data-driven work style
9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to have:

1. Experience working remotely
2. Experience with headhunting
