Now we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer L3.

Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain various services and support tools, primarily Microsoft 365/Azure.
Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability for our clients.
Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and reduce human intervention time on tasks.
Providing operational support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Support and administer Azure SQL databases.
Work with API services.

Requirements:
Deep knowledge of operating systems:Practical experience in administering Azure, Microsoft 365 and Windows Server.
Understanding of the architecture and specifics of each operating system, including deep knowledge of Linux.
Experience with command-line interfaces and graphical user interfaces of OS.

Troubleshooting and support skills:Experience in solving complex problems in Windows environment.
Ability to analyze event logs and other tools to diagnose issues.

Security and access management:Understanding of principles and methods of security in Windows environment.
Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms.

Automation and scripting:Ability to write PowerShell scripts.

Communication skills and teamwork:Good communication skills for working with clients and colleagues.
Ability to effectively document processes and solutions.

Education and certifications:Higher education in the field of information technology or a related area.
Certifications from vendors confirming knowledge and skills in Windows and Linux administration (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate).

Qualifications:
Knowledge of Azure SQL databases.
Experience working with API services.
A minimum of 5 year experience as an IT administrator with a primary responsibility of managing Microsoft Windows systems.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms.
Strong knowledge of administration and configuration of Windows servers and basic services (AD, GPO, DNS, ADFS, etc.).
Knowledge of ticketing systems, monitoring, managed antivirus, and backup solutions.
Demonstrated ability to generate and maintain technical documentation.
Solid knowledge of PowerShell scripting and command-line management.
Microsoft 365 Certification is a plus.
A minimum Intermediate English language level is required.
