We are expanding our team and looking for a Level 2 Engineer who is passionate about cloud technologies and automation. If you have a strong background in the Microsoft ecosystem and want to work on international projects, we'd love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain services primarily within Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
Infrastructure Availability. Proactively ensure high levels of systems availability and performance for our clients.
Automation. Write and maintain custom PowerShell scripts to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Documentation. Create and maintain technical documentation, procedural guides, and operational reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Microsoft Stack. Proven experience administering M365 (Admin Center, Exchange, Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, Licensing) and Windows Server.
Core Services. Strong knowledge of AD, GPO, DNS, ADFS, and networking basics.
Troubleshooting. Ability to diagnose complex issues in a Windows environment using event logs and diagnostic tools.
Scripting. Solid proficiency in PowerShell for task automation.
English. Minimum Intermediate level (written and spoken) for professional communication.
Education. Higher education in Information Technology or a related field.

Will be a plus:
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, M365 Certified).
Experience with API services.
Basic knowledge of Python or .NET.
